In Greene County district cases were initiated against James Edward Poole II, 45, of Coon Rapids, charged with fraudulent practice- second degree and gambling- avoid set-off; and against Zachary Alan Armstrong, 39, of Jefferson, charged with assault while display dangerous weapon (two counts) and harassment- first degree (four counts).
